  • the encrypted servers of the digital archive providers Dropbox and/or Google Drive.
  • the encrypted servers of the digital courier provider We Transfer, which we sometimes use to transfer to your email address any recordings and videos, products or documents in electronic format arising from working with us.

How do we use personal data?

ghfs.bwinstal.ro uses personal data only following your clearly expressed consent and according to the nature of the data.

Email address:

Where you have provided us with your email address, we will use it to send you informational emails about our products and services, and about the articles and resources we publish periodically on this site.

First name and surname:

Where you have provided us with your first name and surname, we use this data to personalise the emails you receive from us. The platform we use for email marketing (Mailchimp) allows personalisation based on the data provided by subscribers.

Where applicable, we also use this data for the purpose of invoicing services and/or entering into working agreements in the following situations:

Telephone number:

Where you have provided us with your telephone number, we use this data so that we can contact you quickly, for the purpose of efficiently communicating and settling organisational details where you are working with ghfs.bwinstal.ro

Company name

Where you have provided us with the name of the company you work for or manage, we use this data as follows:

  • for the purpose of invoicing services or entering into a working agreement with that company:
  • all documents in which your participation or involvement, or that of one of that company's employees, must be stated;

Where you have provided us with billing details (personal identification number, VAT number, Trade Register registration number, company registered address, bank account, bank name, name of legal representative, position of legal representative, identity card series and number), we use this data to enter into the working agreement and to issue tax invoices.

www.ghfs.bwinstal.ro undertakes not to pass the data provided by site users to third parties and to use it only for the purpose of communicating with its customers, informing them about the operation of the site, its offers and other offers of the association. The purpose of collecting the data is: entering this data on the tax documents issued by the company in accordance with the law, and keeping you informed. You are obliged to provide the data, as it is necessary in order for you to be contacted, for the transaction documents to be issued and for your order to be delivered. Your refusal makes it impossible to process the order. The information recorded is intended for use by the operator and is communicated in part to the courier company that delivers the products.

 

In what situations do third parties have access to your data?

We will not transfer or provide this data to third parties without your explicit consent, except in situations where we are required to do so by the laws in force or by the supervisory bodies of the Romanian State (e.g. the Public Prosecutor's Office, the courts, the Police, the tax authorities and data processing bodies authorised by the Romanian State or the Council of Europe, etc.).

 

Disclosure of personal data

ghfs.bwinstal.ro accepts no financial, moral or other liability whatsoever arising from fraudulent access by unauthorised persons, computer viruses or cyber attacks against:

  • the servers, computers and devices that host your personal data
  • the databases belonging to external partners with whom we are sometimes obliged to work

If we identify a fraud or cyber attack against the electronic archives where your personal data is stored, we will, in accordance with the law, notify A.N.S.P.D.C.P. (the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing), the competent body of the Romanian State authorised to handle such incidents, within a maximum of 72 hours from discovery of the security breach.

We may disclose your personal data to (i) the entities and/or persons authorised by us who are involved in providing the Services, including in delivering commercial communications (such as data centre providers like Hetzner or Amazon whose data centres are in the European Union); (ii) other Users of the ghfs.bwinstal.ro Platform, when you give your contact details or contact other Users through the communication mechanisms made available by the ghfs.bwinstal.ro site; (iii) where we are obliged to disclose personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or decision of a judicial authority, public authority or government body; or (iv) where we are required or otherwise permitted to do so under applicable legislation.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to third-party providers of cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. Your rights
